Christ gave the Church an abundance of gifts to serve and minister to the poor, the outcast, and the suffering. One of these gifts has been manifested through the charisms of the order of St Francis. For centuries the Franciscans have worked tirelessly to reach all corners of society, bringing hope and affection to “the least of these”.
